Purpose/Objective

The role of Lead - Security at Adani within the Thermal power industry requires a seasoned qualified with significant experience in security management.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the assets and personnel of the organization, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
As a Lead - Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, coordinating security measures, and managing security personnel effectively.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's assets and personnel - Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend security enhancements as needed - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and develop appropriate solutions - Manage and oversee security personnel, including training, scheduling,



and performance evaluations - Monitor security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations - Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners during security incidents - Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance security measures

Technical Competencies

Experience in security management,Knowledge of security protocols and technologies,Monitor security operations to ensure compliance,Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the Power plant - Experience in security management - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of security protocols and technologies
