Are you passionate about improving sales quality and ensuring process excellence? Join our team as a Quality Analyst - Telesales and play a key role in enhancing customer interactions and sales performance.

Locations: Bangalore & Indore

Salary:

Bangalore: 34,000 In-hand/month

Indore: 32,000 In-hand/month

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and audit telesales calls for Motor Insurance.

Evaluate communication, compliance, product knowledge, and process adherence.

Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.

Maintain quality scorecards, audit reports, and compliance records.

Identify quality gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with Operations and Training teams to improve process quality.

Participate in quality calibration sessions.

Eligibility:

Graduate (Any Discipline)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a Sales Call Quality team

Experience in Insurance processes preferred

Valuable knowledge of IRDAI compliance guidelines

Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills

Basic to Advanced MS Excel knowledge preferred
