Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable distributed systems using Java and Spring framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the distribution system.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the system by monitoring its behavior under various loads and making necessary improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the system architecture, design documents, testing plans, and deployment procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Robust understanding of Kafka messaging queues for building real-time data pipelines.
- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
