Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure debt financing deals, including term loans, lines of credit, and other structured finance products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive corporate lending landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in SME banking or corporate lending.
- Robust understanding of corporate finance, debt financing, and SME lending principles.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams or individual contributor roles.
