- Site Inspections: Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify and rectify unsafe acts or conditions.
- Risk Management: Complete Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) prior to execution.
- Permit Administration: Enforce and monitor the company's Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for high-risk operations.
- Safety Training: Conduct mandatory safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular fire safety drills for all personnel.
- Incident Investigation: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for near-misses or accidents and execute immediate corrective actions.
- Equipment Oversight: Inspect critical site operations including work at heights, scaffolding safety, electrical infrastructure, and lifting gear.
