We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
