We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
