Job Description

Managed OTC (Order-to-Cash) operations and supervised front-line team leaders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitored and achieved SLA, KPI, quality, billing, and financial targets.
Prepared operational dashboards, analyzed business processes, and implemented process improvement initiatives.




Drove Lean, Six Sigma, automation, digitization, and productivity improvement projects.
Managed operational risks, escalations, and ensured timely delivery of critical business activities.
