- The role involves- Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Distributor , Secondary Sales, Primary Sales , project sales

Job Purpose:

- To drive retail sales growth by managing dealer networks, increasing showroom visibility, and ensuring robust secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary & secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and retail counters
- Strengthen and expand dealer / retailer network in the assigned territory
- Ensure effective product display,



visibility & branding across retail outlets and showrooms
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure collection efficiency
- Support dealers in stock planning, liquidation, and order management
- Implement retail schemes, promotions, and activations to boost off-take
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply chain and dispatches
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales, market feedback, and competitor insights

Qualification : - Graduate/MBA
