We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Team Leader in a similar role, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with team management tools and software is desirable.
