We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.

Roles and Responsibility

- Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
- Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources into analyses.
- Identify and analyze industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.




- Provide skilled expertise and take responsibility for the end-product, potentially supervising less experienced professionals.

Job Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and CRM/IT enabled services.
- Experience with data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
