Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

Generate new business opportunities through Networking, and client meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.

Conduct sales meetings, review reports, and ensure timely follow-up of leads.

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Ensure achievement of individual as well as team KPIs.
