Role & responsibilities

* Create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment.

* Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.

* Support children's physical, social, emotional, and language

development.

* Teach basic concepts, routines, and good manners through play.

* Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being.

* Observe and track each child's progress.

* Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.

* Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed./NTT/ECCE preferred).

* Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

* Passionate about working with young children.

* Patient, caring, and responsible.

* Solid child-handling and classroom management skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Freshers are welcome; prior preschool experience is an added

advantage.

* Must be available for full-time work.
