BrightSun Travels is looking for an experienced Series Flights Executive to join our airline contracting and operations team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing series flight allocations, airline seat commitments, and charter/series flight operations within a tour operator, travel management company, OTA, or airline setting.

This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent airline relationship management skills, and the ability to maximize seat utilization while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage airline series flight inventory and seat allocations across multiple routes.
- Coordinate with airlines regarding seat commitments, releases, schedule changes, and operational updates.
- Monitor load factors and recommend strategies to optimize seat utilization.
- Manage booking trends and forecast demand to ensure effective inventory control.
- Liaise with sales, operations, and airline partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Handle ticketing deadlines, name submissions, and flight schedule amendments.
- Prepare and maintain reports on seat utilization, performance, and booking trends.
- Resolve airline-related operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with airline contracts,



agreements, and commercial commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 23 years of experience in Series Flights, Airline Contracting, Flight Inventory Management, or Airline Operations.
- Strong understanding of airline seat allocations, series contracts, and inventory management.
- Experience working with airlines, tour operators, travel companies, or consolidators.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems and GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling charter flights and series flight programs.
- Knowledge of leisure travel and package holiday operations.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience working with international airline partners.
