Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closure.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS/HRMS records.
- Support walk-in drives, campus hiring, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Skills Required
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple positions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
