Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee residential and commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
- Manage site execution, quality control, safety, project schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical documentation.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Build and lead the engineering team, including hiring, interviewing, mentoring, and performance management.
- Establish engineering processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, local regulations, and company quality standards.
- Report project progress, risks, and operational updates directly to the Founder & Owner.

Preferred Candidate

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 9+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proven capacity to build and lead engineering teams from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, site execution, quality control, and construction management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, BOQ preparation, estimation, and project documentation.




- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
