Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Spectrum

- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense records

- Manage accounts receivable and payable

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments

- Handle GST work including invoicing, returns, and reconciliation

- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

- Maintain basic stock and expense records

- Coordinate with CA for audits and statutory compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com or equivalent qualification

- 2-5 years of accounting experience

- Valuable knowledge of GST and basic TDS

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Strong follow-up and communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

- Experience in chemical trading will be an added advantage
