About Us

Cute Pharma Jobs is a leading pharmaceutical recruitment consultancy specializing in Executive, Middle, and Senior Management hiring for leading Indian and MNC pharmaceutical companies across India.

We are expanding our remote recruitment team and looking for passionate, result-oriented recruiters who can independently source quality pharma talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for pharmaceutical sales, marketing, production, quality, R&D;, regulatory, medical affairs, and leadership positions.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
- Conduct telephonic screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Submit quality CVs within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure interview attendance.
- Track offers, joining status, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Ensure complete confidentiality and professional ethics throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (Pharma recruitment preferred).
- Experience in recruitment consultancy or pharmaceutical hiring will be an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills.
- Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of working independently from home.
- Good internet connectivity and a personal laptop/desktop are mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Performance Expectations

- Consistent achievement of daily and monthly CV submission targets.
- High-quality candidate screening and profile matching.
- Robust interview-to-joining conversion ratio.
- Timely follow-up with candidates and clients.
- Compliance with recruitment processes and reporting requirements.

Contract Terms

- Initial engagement will be for 3 months on a performance-based contract.
- Outstanding performers will be considered for permanent employment based on performance, quality, and business requirements.

Compensation
