Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding study, work permit, visitor, and PR visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Guide clients through the visa application process and required documentation.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely processing of applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and counselling targets.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or Immigration Consultant.
- Experience handling Work Permit and Permanent Residency (PR)

- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
