We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with solid aesthetic judgement and genuine breadth across formats. The ideal candidate should have command of typography and layout, the ability to work inside established brand systems across multiple client identities, and hands-on experience producing imagery through AI tools. You will design for industrial and technical brands energy, engineering, manufacturing, safety across digital, print and large-format work, reporting to the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design key visuals, posters and campaign graphics that hold at thumbnail scale and at full size composition, colour and hierarchy under your control.
- Design across formats, each with its own structure: corporate profiles, catalogues, brochures, technical datasheets and exhibition graphics.
- Build and hold layout systems and templates grid, typographic scale, spacing.




- Extend and apply brand systems: identity, logos, colour, type. Keep several client identities consistent in parallel, without drift.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and manage vendor handoff — pre-press, colour management, large-format setup.
- Produce imagery through our AI pipeline: reference-driven generation, upscaling, retouching, compositing and mockups — every output finished by hand.
- Ensure technical accuracy in industrial subject matter. Accuracy is part of the design, not a review note.
- Create basic After Effects text animation.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects independently — files versioned, deadlines reverse-scheduled from delivery dates.
