Role & Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Provide regulatory and scientific support for Cosmetics and Home Care products.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers, registrations, licenses, and related documentation.
- Review formulations, ingredients, claims, labels, artwork, and promotional materials for compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing product compliance.
Documentation & Regulatory Operations
- Maintain regulatory documentation, product dossiers, supplier documents, and licensing records.
- Review raw material specifications and supplier documentation.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with PLM and internal quality systems.
Regulatory Intelligence & Risk Management
- Track regulatory developments and assess business impact.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement of regulatory processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support new product development, innovation, and localization projects.
- Collaborate with R&D;,
Marketing, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
- Coordinate with Regional and Global Regulatory teams to support compliant product launches.
Preferred candidate profile
4 to 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in Cosmetics, Home Care, Personal Care, or FMCG.
Technical
- Knowledge of cosmetics and home care regulations, product registration, licensing, and dossier preparation.
- Understanding of formulations, ingredients, labeling, Stability Studies, GMP, and quality systems.
- Experience with regulatory impact assessments, compliance risk management, and PLM systems.
Professional
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory systems.
