Position Overview:

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission and counselling process for Vidyapeeth - Vrindavan Tower - Prayagraj - UP . The role focuses on understanding student requirements, explaining course offerings, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth admission experience while working remotely in alignment with organizational policies and student success goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Vidyapeeth courses, admission procedures, fee structure, scholarship details, eligibility criteria, and program benefits through calls, chats, and virtual interactions.

* Understand student academic needs and recommend suitable JEE/NEET/Foundation courses accordingly.

* Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls to support admissions and conversions.

* Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain strong engagement throughout the admission process.

* Assist students and parents with application formalities, payment processes, and onboarding support.

* Maintain accurate records of student interactions,



lead status, and admission data in CRM systems.

* Resolve student and parent queries professionally while providing a positive counselling experience.

* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth student onboarding.

* Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets while maintaining quality communication standards.

* Contribute towards building a student-centric and positive online learning environment.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Admission Counselling / EdTech Sales, preferably in JEE/NEET domain.

* Experience in handling online counselling or telesales processes will be preferred.

* Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (local language proficiency is an added advantage).

* Comfortable working in a Work From Home setup with good internet connectivity and laptop availability.

* Ability to handle student concerns effectively with empathy and professionalism.

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms.

* Target-oriented mindset with robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
