Key responsibilities:

- Plant FP&A;: Consolidate monthly MIS for Plants; own annual budget, quarterly forecasts; analyze variances and drive corrective actions.
- Manufacturing Finance & Costing: Ensure accuracy of standard/product costing; monitor yield/material variances, overhead absorption, batch costs, energy and manpower efficiency.
- Controls & Compliance: Enforce SOPs and internal controls; close audit observations; strengthen inventory governance (cycle counts, ageing, scrap), GR/IR, capex compliance, and procurement checks.
- Business Partnering: Advise Plant Heads/Operations/SCM/QA on productivity, loss reduction, network/capacity decisions, and cost-improvement projects; enable data-driven decisions with dashboards and models.
- Capex & Investments:



Evaluate business cases (automation, capacity, EHS/quality); track project spends, capitalization, perks realization, and ROI.

Key Interfaces

Formulation Finance Head, Plant Head, Operations, Supply Chain, QA/RA, Procurement, Tax, Internal Audit, HR, Engineering; external auditors/consultants as needed.

Educational Qualification

- CA, CMA

Experience

- Tenure: 8–10+ years in manufacturing finance (pharma/FMCG preferred), with multi-plant exposure
