We are looking for a UX Researcher with 3+ years of experience in planning and executing user research to drive data-informed design decisions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both primary and secondary research methodologies and capable of translating user insights into actionable recommendations for product and experience design. Experience in the Automotive domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct primary research including user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.
- Perform secondary research through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and literature reviews.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and research reports.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, business stakeholders,



and engineering teams to influence product strategy.
- Present research findings effectively and recommend improvements based on user needs and business goals.
- Support validation of concepts, prototypes, and product enhancements through iterative research.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in UX Research for digital products.
- Robust knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience in creating research plans, conducting studies, and delivering insight-driven recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with usability testing and research tools.
- Experience in the Automotive domain will be an added advantage.
