We are hiring for "Manager/Senior Manager-Advantages Verification"

Location - MG Road

Shift - Night

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations for BV and PA processes across a 24x7 environment.
- Drive productivity, quality, SLA, turnaround time, and customer experience while ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage Team Leads, Operations Managers, and support functions; coach and develop future leaders.
- Own workforce planning, roster management, capacity planning, scheduling, shrinkage, and resource optimization.
- Monitor and improve key BPO metrics including AHT, Service Levels, Occupancy, Productivity, Quality, Adherence, and other operational KPIs.
- Manage inbound and outbound voice operations, client escalations, process compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Clients, Quality, Training, HR, Recruitment, IT, and Workforce Management to achieve business goals.
- Ensure adherence to client SOPs, HIPAA, and organizational quality standards.





Qualifications & Skills

- 12-15+ years of experience in BPO Operations, Call Center Operations, or U.S. Healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of Benefits Verification with working knowledge of Prior Authorization workflows.
- Proven experience managing large voice-based customer service or support operations.
- Strong knowledge of workforce management, forecasting, capacity planning, roster management, scheduling, and operational planning.
- Hands-on experience managing AHT, SLAs, Productivity, Occupancy, Quality, Adherence, Shrinkage, and other contact center KPIs.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage escalations, drive performance, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
