We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a key role responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key QualificationsExperience Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders
- Proven expertise in at least 3 of the following Oracle Cloud HCM modules:

- Minimum 2 completed implementation projects on the aforementioned Oracle HCM modules with demonstrated independent contribution
- Client-facing experience with direct involvement in requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interactions
- Demonstrated ability to perform fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality

Core ResponsibilitiesFunctional Configuration & Implementation
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM with in-depth knowledge and expertise in at least 3 mandatory modules from Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation, and Energetic Skills
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Design and implement enterprise and workforce structures including legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, and grades
- Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience
- Define and manage HCM Security, including security roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs), to ensure data privacy and access control
- Configure absence types, plans (accrual, qualification, entitlement), reasons, and certifications
- Define and configure fast formulas for complex absence calculations and eligibility requirements

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements




- Perform detailed fit-gap analysis to identify gaps between business needs and Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities
- Design solutions based on Oracle Cloud capabilities and industry best practices
- Document business requirements clearly and comprehensively from multiple stakeholders
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM functionality and capabilities to clients

Client Engagement & Support
- Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation to enable end-users
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting assistance
- Work closely with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and cohesive solutions
- Act as a functional consultant for technical streams and bridge communication between business and technology teams
- Participate in business development activities and solution configuration for project requirements

Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
- Raise Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle on issue resolution
- Assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues and configuration problems
- Support test cycle management and quality assurance activities

- Oracle Cloud HCM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of at least 3 mandatory modules (Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation, Dynamic Skills)
- Functional Configuration: Advanced proficiency in configuring enterprise structures, workflows, security, and absence management
- Fast Formula Development: Ability to define and configure fast formulas for complex calculations
- Integration Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle HCM integration capabilities and data flows

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Agile Methodology and working in Agile environments
- Exposure to Jira board management and agile project management tools
- Experience in test cycle management and quality assurance processes
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s)
- Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules beyond the 3 mandatory ones
- Background in HR business process optimization

Educational Background
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
