Role Overview:

Medhavi Skills University is seeking an exceptionally driven, highly structured and execution-focused Program Manager - Strategic Projects to work closely with the Group Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO) in

driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and critical projects across the Medhavi Group.

The incumbent will serve as the execution engine for strategic priorities, ensuring that leadership decisions are translated into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable business impact. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly bridge strategy and execution by partnering with senior leaders, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing execution bottlenecks, and maintaining governance across multiple high-priority initiatives.

The role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments and possess the ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and independently drive complex projects from conception to successful completion.

This is not a traditional project management role. It is a strategic execution role that demands business acumen, analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, structured problem-solving, and relentless ownership. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic decision-making by ensuring disciplined execution, governance, and accountability across enterprise initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Program Management

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure of strategic initiatives assigned by the GCSO.
- Translate organizational priorities into structured project plans with defined milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of multiple concurrent strategic programs.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

2. Transformation Initiatives

- Drive organization-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving business effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of new business models, operational improvements, and strategic interventions.
- Coordinate transformation activities across multiple departments.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational efficiency.
- Champion a culture of innovation and execution excellence.

Leadership Project Management Office

- Establish governance frameworks for strategic projects.
- Develop standardized project management methodologies and reporting mechanisms.
- Create project dashboards, trackers, and executive reports.
- Monitor project health through defined KPIs and governance metrics.
- Facilitate periodic project review meetings with leadership.
- Ensure timely escalation of project risks and critical issues.

4. Cross-functional Project Leadership

- Collaborate with Business Heads, Functional Leaders, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless coordination between multiple work streams.
- Resolve inter-departmental challenges affecting project timelines.
- Facilitate decision-making through structured discussions.
- Promote collaboration and accountability across teams.

5. Strategic Planning & Business Support

- Support and lead strategic HR projects assigned time to time.
- Lead policy drafting, review and implementation.
- Drive process improvement and HR automation initiatives.
- Prepare business cases and project presentations for monthly/ quarterly/ annual review.
- Ensure timely implementation of HR transformation initiatives.

6. Executive Governance & Reviews

- Prepare executive dashboards and governance reports.
- Develop leadership presentations for Board and Management reviews.
- Track strategic KPIs and business performance indicators.
- Monitor project progress against defined milestones.
- Ensure action points from leadership meetings are tracked to closure.

7. Business Analytics & Decision Support

- Analyse operational and strategic business data.
- Develop meaningful insights to support leadership decisions.
- Build executive dashboards and analytical reports.
- Identify business risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Present actionable recommendations to leadership.

8. Risk & Dependency Management

- Identify execution risks across projects.
- Monitor interdependencies between strategic initiatives.
- Develop mitigation plans for critical issues.
- Escalate risks proactively to leadership.




- Ensure continuity of strategic initiatives despite changing priorities.

9. Stakeholder Management

- Build trusted relationships with senior leadership and business teams.
- Influence stakeholders through structured communication and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and business execution.
- Facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency and accountability throughout project lifecycles.

10. Special Projects

- Lead high-impact projects assigned directly by the Founder or GCSO.
- Support new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and organizational priorities.
- Manage confidential assignments requiring strategic thinking and discretion.
- Represent the Strategic Programs Office in cross-functional forums as required.

Ideal candidate profile:

- MBA or equivalent exposure is a plus; Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions preferred;
- 5-7 years of progressive experience; backgrounds in consulting, founders office, startup operations, or strategy roles.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations preferred.
