Role & responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end AI and Automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and RPA initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Create solution architectures, HLDs, LLDs, and integration frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and RPA tools.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and support project delivery teams during implementation.
- Manage architecture-related risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support continuous improvement through AI-driven process optimization and automation adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8+ years of experience in AI, Automation, Solution Architecture,



or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and Machine Learning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience designing scalable solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, Microservices Architecture, Python, SQL, and Data Analytics.
- Proven experience in solution design, stakeholder management, and enterprise application integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications in Azure AI, Azure Solution Architecture, Power Platform, or UiPath will be an added advantage.
