- Follow Ups on current project& Tool development with various suppliers.
- Finalize development time line.
- APQP & PPAP documentation.
- Development of new products, Moulds, Jig & Fixture.
- Monitoring of development activity.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with prior experience in automotive lighting and auto electronics industry
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (Injection Moulding, assembly line and electronics assembly lines)
- Knowledge of fixtures/jigs/gauges
- Good project management and vendor development skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cost optimization mindset.
- Strong communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
