PURPOSE
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned visual communication across print, digital, on-ground, event and member engagement platforms. This role will strengthen the property s premium brand identity by translating business and communication requirements into creative designs that enhance member experience, support brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Customer Relationship Manager
Interacts with:
External: Members, Vendors, Consultants, Service providers
Internal: Functional Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, Staff and Contractual Staff
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design & Development:
- Understand design briefs from internal stakeholders and convert them into visually compelling concepts, layouts and final artworks for member communication, campaigns, events, promotions and club initiatives.
Print Collateral:
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, hoardings, standees, menus, invitations, event backdrops, signage, certificates, newsletters and other printed communication material required for the club.
Digital Assets:
- Create social media creatives, website banners, emailers, digital invitations, infographics, presentation visuals, WhatsApp creatives and other digital communication assets aligned with the club s tone and brand standards.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs follow approved brand guidelines, including logo usage, typography, color palette, image treatment and overall visual identity across all member-facing and internal communication.
Event & Communication Support:
- Develop creative assets for golf tournaments, club events, festive celebrations, F&B; promotions, member engagement activities, launch campaigns and on-ground branding requirements.
Conceptualization & Visualization:
- Develop fresh creative ideas, mood boards, design routes, illustrations,
icons and layouts that enhance the premium positioning and lifestyle experience of the unit.
Coordination with Vendors:
- Liaise with printers, fabricators, agencies, photographers, videographers and production vendors to ensure accurate output, timely delivery and quality control of final creatives and printed materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements, present design options, incorporate feedback and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.
Asset Management:
- Maintain an organized repository of design files, templates, brand assets, images, editable artworks and final outputs for easy retrieval and future use.
Quality & Deadline Management:
- Proofread and review all creatives for accuracy, alignment, formatting, image quality and production readiness while managing multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
Creative Tools & Trends:
- Stay updated on current design trends, digital formats, AI-enabled design tools and best practices in hospitality, lifestyle, sports and premium club communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / HIRING PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
- Skilled certification or advanced training in Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud will be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant design tools; knowledge of Canva, CorelDraw, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, clubs, real estate, events, marketing agencies or premium consumer-facing brands.
