1. Responsible for daily work completion as per production plan.

2. Responsible for verification and checking of cleaning sanitization

and fogging of Production area.

3. Responsible for Participation in Media Fill activities.

4. Responsible for allocation of manpower as per production plan.

5. Responsible for impart process, procedural training to production

person.

6. Responsible for online completion of production area documents.

7. Responsible for ensure the execution of process like loading and

unloading of vials from lyophilizer, etc.

8. Responsible for ensure operation and cleaning of equipments like

(filling machine, Sealing machine, External washing, vial washing

depyogenration tunnel, steam sterilizer, filter integrity) as per define

procedure.

Responsible for offline and online NVPC.

10. Responsible for immediate reporting of deviation to concern staff.

11. Responsible for communication with internal external department.

12. To perform any other jobs / works as and when assigned by HOD/

Designee / Concerned Staff.
