We are looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic programs, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives across Scry AI. This role is critical in driving execution, alignment, and measurable outcomes across multiple projects.

Role Overview

As a Program Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple interconnected projects to ensure they align with organizational goals. You will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, operations, and client teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive successful program execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, organized, and experienced in managing complex programs within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution

- Define program objectives, roadmaps, and delivery plans
- Coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor milestones, timelines, and overall program progress

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, sales, and leadership teams
- Manage dependencies across projects and ensure effective coordination
- Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholders





Risk & Resource Management
- Identify program risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
- Develop mitigation plans and resolve execution challenges
- Support resource planning and prioritization across initiatives

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular program updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries
- Facilitate meetings and ensure effective decision-making throughout the program lifecycle

Process Improvement & Governance
- Establish program management standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and organizational objectives

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Solid experience in program management, project management, or delivery management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with program and project management tools
- Understanding of SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology is a plus
