As a Services Sales manager you will be responsible to establish the sales function for iValue services business in the B2B markets.

You should have exceptional communications skills and be able to have business conversations with CXO s of large and medium enterprises.

You must have prior experience of successfully negotiating and winning contracts in IT infra services business with proven success working in a fast- paced, high- growth environments. You should have a keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business- oriented solutions to problems.

You should some out strongly as Industry thought leader and promote yourself through global conferences and proactively commenting on market dynamics by networking with key industry participants globally.

We require you to have clear thought process and number crunching ability. This profile demands strong business acumen and go- getting attitude to quickly understand the market dynamics, use both applied and lateral thinking.

You should be able to effectively communicate the unique value proposition through proposals and presentations

Detailed responsibilities:

Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region.

Must have had exposure to key account management, handled accounts independently and have both a "hunter" and "farmer" orientation with focus on "value selling"

Shall be responsible to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets.

Work with internal teams / partners to ensure the highest level of customer service and ensure timely deployment / delivery of solutions to Enterprise / partner

Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting and providing key business insights:





Travel for in-person meetings with customers / partners to develop key relationships

Create robust relationships with key client / partner stakeholders at both senior and mid- management levels

Attend industry events and trade exhibitions to learn about cutting edge product releases and news.

Skills:

6+ years of Services Sales experience

Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions

Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively

Possess knowledge of competitive products and markets.

Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Demonstrates ability to think creatively.

Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.

Exhibits familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree in Science or commerce streams / MBA.
