Key Responsibilities:

- Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
- Operate and monitor process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration systems.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with process specifications.
- Coordinate shift activities to achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of production records and equipment logbooks.
- Maintain housekeeping, line clearance, and status labeling in the production area.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and EHS teams for smooth production operations.
- Identify and report deviations, incidents,



and abnormalities, and support CAPA implementation.
- Follow EHS requirements and promote protected working practices on the shop floor.
- Participate in training, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational losses.
