The candidate should have strong experience in independent site execution, RCC and finishing works, construction planning, subcontractor management, quantity verification, quality control, and coordination with consultants and project management teams. The candidate should be capable of independently handling assigned buildings, blocks, or major work fronts and achieving planned project targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor works.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and external development works.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, and other works before execution/concreting.
- Prepare daily work plans and maintain daily progress reports and site records.




- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and other site teams.
- Verify quantities of work executed by subcontractors and assist in measurements and billing.
- Ensure optimum utilization and control of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and valuable housekeeping practices at the project site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution to avoid delays.
- Maintain records of drawings, site instructions, material receipts, test reports, and work progress.
