About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, experience with Figma, and an understanding of AI-powered design tools to create compelling visual assets across digital platforms.

What Youll Do

- Design engaging marketing creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, banners, and presentations

- Create brand-consistent visuals for product launches, performance marketing, CRM campaigns, and other marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful designs

- Develop illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets when required

- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables

- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative workflows

What Were Looking For

- 1 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred), and After Effects/Premiere Pro (good to have)





- Strong proficiency in Figma

- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition

- Experience designing for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising

- Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Canva AI, and Generative Fill

- Robust visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and high-quality execution

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills and openness to feedback

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple platforms

Bonus Skills

- Motion graphics and basic video editing

- UI/UX design fundamentals

- Experience with branding projects

- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries

- Experience working with e-commerce or consumer brands
