We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute referral marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in referral marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful referral programs and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement referral marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design, launch, and optimize referral programs to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to improve ROI.
- Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives to increase referral participation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of referral campaigns.




- Oversee the creation of marketing content and promotional materials for referral initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads and improve customer retention through cutting-edge marketing strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports, campaign performance dashboards, and recommendations for senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members where required.

Qualification

- MBA (Marketing preferred)
- 7-9 years of experience in Referral Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
