Role & responsibilities

1. Adherence and compliance of cGMP at all stages of manufacturing.
2. Maintenance of cleanliness & Discipline in Area of work.
3. Verify that all containers bear proper status labels, and check/tally quantities against the BMR before compression or coating.
4. Carrying & recording of mfg as per BMR & log sheets, logbooks.
5. Effective supervision & implementation of system to ensure avoidance of Batch mix ups & cross contamination.
6. To take appropriate action to ensure the safety of product & personnel.
7. To carry out the duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
8. Overall Responsible for the Batch manufacturing activity.
9. Any other jobs & Responsibility as & when entrusted by HOD.

10. Working in shifts looking after compression & Coating

11. Achieving Yields as per BMR limits

12. To follow the procedures of ISO 9001:2015,



ISO 22000:2018 and record daily entries.

13. Handle, issue, and retrieve punches and dies with accountability and proper documentation.

14.Ensure timely and accurate online ERP entries for batch and equipment records.

15.Conduct proper shift handovers to the next chemist/supervisor, communicating batch status, equipment condition, deviations, and pending activities.

16.Provide training and guidance to operators and workmen to strengthen GMP awareness.
