* Collect blood samples from patients following standard protocols
* Handle and label samples accurately
* Maintain hygiene and safety standards
* Coordinate for home sample collection visits (if applicable)
* Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Preferred candidate profile
- DMLT/B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy
- Proficient in Vacutainer blood collection and venipuncture
- Positive patient-handling and communication skills
- Knowledge of specimen handling and infection control protocols
- Willing to travel and work in the assigned location
- Immediate joiners preferred
