Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Officer to oversee the security operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a retired professional from the Indian Armed Forces or Central Armed Police Forces with proven leadership, risk assessment, and incident management experience. The role requires maintaining a safe and secure environment through effective security planning, team supervision, and adherence to organizational safety protocols.

Skill / Qualifications

- Retired personnel from any of the following: Indian Army / Indian Air Force /Indian Navy / CISF / BSF / SSB / CRPF
- Minimum 10+ years of service in the respective force.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance, and access control procedures.
- Experience in emergency response, incident investigation, and crisis management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent observation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and report preparation.
- Physically fit and capable of responding to emergency situations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities





- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations across the assigned premises.
- Ensure strict implementation of security policies, procedures, and access control measures.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
- Lead investigations into security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, safety hazards, and security breaches.
- Supervise and guide security personnel to ensure operational efficiency and discipline.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies when required.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance site security.
- Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate security logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist management in developing security strategies, emergency preparedness plans, and evacuation procedures.
- Promote a safe, secure, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and organizational assets.
