Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in Technical Recruitment and C2H/Contract Staffing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and permanent positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Screen and shortlist technical profiles based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Work closely with hiring managers for requirement understanding
- Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
