Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's property development and real estate strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for future development opportunities.
- Lead project feasibility studies, financial modelling, and investment analysis.
- Oversee project planning, design development, statutory approvals, and execution.
- Manage consultants, architects, contractors, and project management teams.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality, and risk management.
- Drive sales, leasing, marketing, and customer relationship strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, financial institutions, and business partners.
- Prepare business plans, management reports, and presentations for executive leadership and the board.

Preferred candidate profile
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Real Estate, Project Management, or Finance is preferred.
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in property development and real estate, with at least 8–10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Should have extensive experience in property development, real estate, project management, land acquisition, and business development.
- Should have demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end real estate development projects, from feasibility studies and land sourcing through planning, approvals, construction, marketing, sales, and asset handover
- Should be adept at delivering high-quality residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial projects within budget and schedule
- Robust knowledge of real estate regulations, development processes, project finance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Should be ready to work out of Kochi Location.
