Role & responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of Injection Molding, IML Robotics, and utility and auxiliary systems used in the plastics industry.

2. Proven experience in Automotive Lighting manufacturing using injection molding processes.

3. Oversee overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and dispatch and administration.

4. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, efficiency, and cost optimization.

5. Plan and manage resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) for smooth plant functioning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to output, quality, cost, and safety.
Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and statutory requirements.
6. Liaise with senior management for strategic planning and capacity expansion.
7. Oversee recent project implementation,



machine installation, and process automation.
8. Ensure proper shift handover and communication, Achieve daily and monthly production targets, Reduce scrap percentage and wastage, Maintain product quality and zero customer rejections.

1. Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance across departments.
2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Injection Molding processes, IML Robotics, and associated utilities and auxiliaries.
3. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
