Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Embedded AI Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and deployment of AI / ML pipelines on resource-constrained Embedded and edge devices.

- The ideal candidate combines solid Embedded systems fundamentals with deep, hands-on experience in on-device AI/ML model optimization, deployment and Hardware acceleration with good knowledge of AI / Edge Software stack
- 10+ years of Embedded software experience with specialization in Embedded / Edge AI solution development
- Must have strong hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing AI/ML models on Embedded / Edge hardware.
- Must have very good understanding and experience of model quantization, pruning, compression and model deployment
- Must have hands-on experience with Edge Inference frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime or equivalent Embedded inference engines
- Must have practical experience leveraging hardware accelerators for AI workloads such as NPU or GPU or DSP-based acceleration and associated SDKs/toolchains




- Solid understanding of SoC architecture and contribution to system/software architecture discussions for AI-enabled embedded products
- Experience with data pipelines for sensor input processing such as Vision, Audio, IMU and feeding into on-device AI model
- Working knowledge of RTOS/OS internals (e.g. Emb. Linux, RTOS) and resource-constrained deployment considerations (memory, power, latency)
- Experience in performance and power optimization specific to AI inference workloads on Embedded platforms
- Proficient in Embedded C/C++, Python and scripting for model integration and system-level deployment
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts adapted for Embedded / Edge (model versioning, OTA model updates, monitoring)
- Familiarity with AI / ML concepts model training, fine tuning, performance benchmarking / testing and AI / ML frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow etc
- Excellent communication skills to translate AI/ML requirements into Embedded system architecture for customers and cross-functional teams
