Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Vadpe facility. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse staff (Packers, Scanners, and Loaders/Unloaders) to ensure smooth operations, timely order fulfillment, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Supervision: Oversee and manage the daily tasks of warehouse staff, including Packers, Scanners, and Loading/Unloading teams.
- Operations Management: Supervise the inbound and outbound inventory processes to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate directly with the Assistant Manager (Warehousing & Distribution) to meet daily operational targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the warehouse team follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and company guidelines.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate daily attendance, productivity logs, and stock movement reports.

Requirements

- Experience: experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

- Locality Preference: Candidates residing in or near Bhiwandi, Thane, or Kalyan preferred.
