About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Faculty member to deliver high-quality training, mentor students, and bridge the gap between academic concepts and industry requirements. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in technical subjects.
- Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students on academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes as required.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports.




- Support curriculum innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, and Web Technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Industry certifications in relevant technologies.
- Experience with project-based learning and practical training methodologies.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity.
