Role & responsibilities
- Lead and champion Total Productive Maintenance initiatives across the plant.
- Drive implementation of all TPM pillars (Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, etc.).
- Develop and deploy TPM roadmap in alignment with business and operational objectives.
- Facilitate Kaizens, Gemba walks, and loss analysis workshops.
- Oversee key cross-functional improvement projects and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
- Plan, track, and report on progress of key programs with focus on cost, quality, delivery, safety.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of programs.
- Identify project risks and ensure timely mitigation strategies are in place.
- Establish a strong CI culture through training, coaching, and engagement at all levels.
- Drive lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools in conjunction with TPM initiatives.
- Benchmark best practices across industry and implement where relevant.
- Train and mentor cross-functional teams in TPM principles and methodologies.
- Build capability of pillar leaders and frontline employees to ensure sustainability of TPM practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficient in project/program management tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies and Lean Manufacturing.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive change management and influence teams across levels.
