- Design and execute villa and residential interiors.
- Prepare 2D/3D designs, layouts, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Requirements:
- 3- 7 years of experience in villa and real estate interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Solid knowledge of space planning and interior materials.
- Preference for candidates currently based in Goa.
