- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and related modules.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adobe Certified Expert in AJO or AEP.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

The AJO Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role involves leading the development and integration of AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other marketing technologies to deliver personalized, real-time experiences across multiple channels.



The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring best practices, compliance, and seamless orchestration of campaigns

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer for multi-channel customer engagement.
- Design and configure journeys, triggers, and decisioning logic to enable personalized experiences.
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform, data sources, and external systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to ensure accurate audience segmentation and message delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AJO workflows for performance and scalability.
- Define and enforce best practices for AJO architecture, governance, and compliance.
- Stay updated on Adobes latest features and enhancements related to AJO.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to internal teams
