Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-

scale website projects

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems and shared

libraries

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour (preferred)

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices

• Robust communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within timelines

• Ability to apply feedback quickly while maintaining consistency and quality

• Experience in mentoring or managing a small team and tracking deliverables
